QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience in digital advertising (digital account management or product management experience desired).
• Be a self-motivated problem solver with strong organization skills, an attention to detail, and keen analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, DFP and/or other digital ad serving platforms
• Strong verbal communication skills, including sales, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A solid understanding of the digital space, digital trends and the future of digital products
• Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to keep up with an ever changing environment
• Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to develop existing accounts and find ways to grow revenue
• Experience in a start-up environment a plus

DUTIES:

• Oversee technical management of digital sales efforts for 18 Account Executives representing 5 radio stations
• Assist with inventory management for all digital solutions
• Create customized digital packages
• Assist in higher level development of new digital products and services
• Create sales collateral such as one-sheets and proposals
• Support Account Executives in presenting digital solutions
• Work with 3rd party vendors on digital RFPs, campaign optimization, reporting, and rolling out new products
• Manage campaign reporting and campaign optimization
• Train and grow talented account managers in a fast paced, developing department
• Research and stay up-to-date on new online technology and advertising opportunities
