OBJECTIVE: The Digital Media Graphic Designer is responsible for creating all web graphic design initiatives, including (but not limited to) web pages, digital outreach ads and landing page design/creation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines, to multi-task and consistently prioritize workflow.


  • Ability to design online media elements and web visual layouts
  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Good working knowledge of HTML/DHTML layout and CSS design and internet standards.
  • Regularly monitor technology trends to ensure that we are proactively staying competitive online within our industry.
  • Working knowledge of digital outreach advertising.
  • Understanding of image/resolution optimization in different mediums.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of WordPress administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and the ability to work independently in the absence of immediate supervision.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, flexible, positive attitude and ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function successfully in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in rapidly changing and fast-paced work environment.


  • Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
  • Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion.
  • Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.
